Presenting the 2002 proceedings of the Canadian Council on International Law's annual conference, this volume contains 24 papers and the summaries of a number of panel discussions, all addressing themes of the assessment of international law. Among the topics addressed are the effectiveness of NAFTAThe Canadian Council on International Law was founded in 1972 by a group of some of Canada's leading and most distinguished scholars and practitioners in international law.
