Synthesis Tree Search in 2.5 Million Chemical Reactions
STS is a Windows program developed to retrieve synthesis trees or reaction trees for given target molecules. STS is based on the InfoChem Reaction Database which contains some 2.5 million reactions published between 1975 and 1991. Each molecule in a tree, either as reactant in a synthesis tree or as a product in a reaction tree, may be expanded further. The molecule is used as a new target and the tree may be built to any depth and any size required. This version is for users who have already purchased the InfoChem CD-Rom within the ChemReact product family. System requirements are as follows: IBM PC or compatible with 80486 processor and 8 MB RAM; Windows 3.1 or Windows 95; 150 MB free space on hard disk; CD-ROM drive; VGA monitor; alternatively ISIS Draw 1.01 or higher or STN Express 3.12 or higher (not included in the package). |
