Created by PTDI and based on their standards, this Resource Guide is the perfect tool for those developing their own Train the Trainer Program. There are five skill-based units within this material, each addressed to a different set of skills. The units include materials on adult learning, presenting information, communication skills, planning instruction, and testing and assessment. Each unit is divided into at least four sections, which include an overview, ideas for trainer training exercises to teach other drivers training skills, a set of objectives that a trainer might employ as part of their training design, and written materials that a trainer can use as instructional text to address the skills of a particular unit. |
