This work examines the link between the work process organization and information system development, concerning strategy, human factors and technology. It also analyzes the impact of information technology and organization structure, and provides up-to-date information about recent developments.Recently, a strong correlation has been felt between the progressing abilities of information technology and the needs of organizations to link all their activities into a working system.
